OUT OF STATE

Florida

Areas we have seen dramatic improvements -

In 2008 from just one dumpster we took 60 dogs and 48 cats for a total of 108 animals.

They all went to the Dublin/Laurens Humane Society 45-miles away.

This dumpster has a 5 road access point and is one of the counties busiest.

In 2009 it was 17 cats and just 5 dogs!  In 2010 it was 2 puppies and 7 cats. 2011 - 3

It's now June 2013 and there have been only 2 dog pick-ups from that dumpster.

There have been NO animals of any kind at the dumpsters on Cedar Towns Rd. between McRae & Lumber City,

NONE at the dumpsters between McRae & Chauncy, NONE at the Scotland dumpsters.

NO animals dropped at the schools (all levels), and NONE dropped at ANY of our city post offices.

None at the Eastman test dumpster.

Every year we would have several litters of puppies out of Scotland.  The last litter taken from them was July 2009.

There have been no other litters since.

July 2010 - one of our volunteers needed to go to the emergency room (Glenwood).  Frank Murphy had on a Rescue

Ranch  T-shirt and his emergency room nurse said – “you must know Ms. Barbara.  We are soooo grateful for the

Rescue Ranch.  We use to have dogs & cats all over our dumpsters and running the streets.  Now there are none!”

2012 The Dublin/Laurens Humane Society reports a 50% reduction in euthanasia since our programs start.

And Pulaski County reports no euthanasia of any adoptable animals since October 2012!
